I host a convoy with DLC A & B. Another player joins but he only has DLC C. What i'm saying is that this player for the duration of the convoy should get access to DLC A & B so we can travel together. I've been in multiple servers where players are spread between DLC regions but can't travel together because each one has different DLCs.

If it was me i would go for the map DLC's first and then deside what of the trailer DLC's you want. there is also a lot of paint DLC's but they only gives you more paintskin for your truck.
