Edit: Thanks for all the replies! I have found out that PS+ has God of War 1, 2, 3, Ascension, and the 2018 one. All three can be played on PC via streaming. It has the main trilogy, GoW 2018, and ascension. Idk if it works on pc, but it should. Sweet! I'll keep asking around to see if it'll work on PC.
