2013 Fusion. No radio, all other functions on screen working. I tried the on button/fast forward reset - did not work. Removed radio fuse (most awkward place possible for the fuse panel), contacts were tarnished, polished them up and put fuse back in. Radio is now working.

Thanks as this sounds to be the 3.0 liter which helps here. O.k.,locate fuses 28 ( 5 amp) and 39 ( 20 amp) and remove these for about 5 minutes then reinstall.This should reset the unit for it to work again in most cases.These fuses are located in the smart junction block.If this does not work or if it does work but the issue then comes back then this indicates a fault in the unit itself on .
